The best way is to have a prostate exam at your doctors office…
Another way is to look for the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (BPH). The most common symptom is that the guy has to go to the bathroom constantly….

yes. its a stick that looks just like a pregnancy test. you just poo on it instead and it takes 13 minutes instead of 3.

There is a method,,,,,,,but you may need a friend that you trust enough to do this..
Please, this is not a joke,,,,,,,I had to do this to my boyfriend
You (the male) get on your knees with your backside facing up. Your friend needs a glove.
They insert their index finger in the anus pointing towards your stomach.
(may need to lubricate for more comfort)
The prostate gland is a bump about 3 or 4 cm. up in the anus (person needs to feel…….it is like mentioned, right to the front of the rectum,,,,,,,or towards your belly button).
the prostate gland is roughly around the size and shape of an almond nut (the shell, not the actual nut inside).
If it feels slightly larger then the prostate is enlarged.

A PSA might tell you, but the best way is to feel the prostate. It should be a very small bump in the rectum — like the size of the back of an almond. You will probably need someone else to do it for you though.

go to your doctor and get what is called a PSI test. this will determine whether or not–you have something wrong with your prostrate. it is a small blood test, and the rectum test. some symotons of enlarged prostrate are;, difficulty urinating, pain in grion area, and having to go–but just dribble a lot. get a check-up. my nephew had prostrate cancer. he was 21. you are never too young or old to die. good luck.

You can use some lube and examine your prostate at home. It is about the size of a walnut. But consider that you are untrained at examining prostates, go ahead and make an appointment with your family doctor or Urologist.

I think people will tell ya! I found out cos my boss mentioned it a while back.
He finally finally made a decision so we could move a project forward and as I was leaving his office I said “Finally, I like it when you grow balls” and he replied “Well I’d like it if yours would shrink!”
Lol true story so I guess mine are enlarged!!!! lmao!

I just wanted you to know that after carefully reading all the answers……well, at least a few of them…….I’m pretty sure I’m good to give an exam if need be. I’ve always wanted to do this.

A person who has never felt anyone else’s prostate isn’t going to give you any useful information about yours. See a doc. It isn’t that big a deal.
The PSA blood test is useful for diagnosing prostate cancer, but not for plain old enlargement.
