Prostate will not be possible anymore but was wondering how the prostate will not be possible anymore but was wondering how the prostate will effect the pleasurable sensations connected to the process.
An orchiectomy soon know that milking the process.

I think the prostate will still produce seminal fluid, but without sperm even if you do not have testicles.
I do not know if you will have the desire to though. Will you be on hormone replacements?

I think you may be overestimating the effect of the surgery on your life going forward. If you are taking a single testicle, there should no effect at all; the second will pick up the slack. If you’re going to lose both, you can still have a very normal sex life, especially if you go with hormone replacement, and still ejaculate. And if you like prostate massage, you can still do that.
Hope you get well soon.
