Absolutely not, there is no evidence to suggest that cancer can be transmitted that way, especially not in the situation you describe (a cancer in one person causing a different kind of cancer in another).
There are a few cases in which cancer can be transmitted, but that’s because the cancer is closely related to an infectious disease which is transmissible (such as cervical cancer and HPV)

Cancer is not a transmitable/contagious disease.
It is more likely that they were exposed to the same carcinogen (cancer causing substance).
Either that, or plain bad luck!
You haven’t mentioned their ages or how long they have been together, but if they are an older couple, age is probably the biggest contributing factor.
