It is very common in young men to get prostate infection. Good antibiotics ease the problem. Drinking plenty of water,(2-3 liters/day) avoiding spicy foods and deep fried oily foods help. Drinking warm water regularly help to resist prostate infection

as old as sexually active males will be prone to prostitis, but most important, uncercumsized males will at more risk of urinary tract infections, and of course hygene is important..
so u have to be care for urs sexual partner, and better to get circumsicion and care for ur hygene in ur area…..
