A (legitimate) Licensed Massage Therapist, at least in most states in the US, is in violation of his or her license by doing a prostate massage. It is out of their scope of practice. That means a spa will NOT provide that service. It is not considered a relaxation procedure, if it is for pleasure it would fall under the heading of prostitution.
If it is for a health concern, then the only people who are qualified to touch your prostate is a medical doctor. Ask your proctologist or urologist. However, the doctor will not be doing this procedure with an aim of relaxation, it can be part of a rectal exam to diagnose chronic bacterial prostatitis. If he won’t do it otherwise, you could ask him for a referral. He’ll probably tell you that prostate massage is something you do on YOURSELF for therapeutic purposes.

To reach the prostate gland, one must access it via the anal sphincter. Massage Therapists are forbidden to touch and/or massage the gentials, nipples, and anus. Prostate massage is a sexual stimulus. A healthy prostate will prevent prostate cancer and inflammation. The best way to massage the prostate is through orgasm (the “feeling good” you read about!). The muscle walls along the bottom of the pelvis contract around the prostate, thus keeping it healthy.

No you might consult your urologist, even if they went allong w it odds are theyre going to hold it against you. Im not shure about you but noones putting any thing up there on me least of all someone with an adgenda.

You might want to try a DOM but you’ll probably get treated beter by the doc and theres the whole agenda thing again and I don’t care how you phrase it what grey area you hide it in , in your mind it’s still trickin&johnin.

Get your ol lady to do it w any luck she’ll let you stick stuff up her butt too.

All physicians have been trained in prostate massage and , to my knowledge, are the only ones other than spouses that can legally massage your prostate. You can do it yourself but that is a different story all together.
